What is it?
The intention is to create a strong, safe, loving container to enable deep, embodied transformation. To clear and release the past, to ignite your current personal cycle of evolution through healing, explorations in consciousness and self-introspective therapies while waking up to your True Nature. You will receive information, practical tools, resources and multiple forms of support to continue to up-level into your own mastery, for yourself, others and all life.

*You will be provided with a safe and supportive structure to experience whatever you need to move through in your individual journey of transformation and awakening.
We use the modalities that resonate with you. This may include authentic movement, Yoga, Breathing practices, Advaita Vedanta, Shamanic practices and journeying, iRest Yoga Nidra, healing modalities, and consciousness expanding processes.
Individual intensives are typically anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days.
