Offering a holistic approach to one's well-being, employing both ancient and modern modalities since 1997.
I believe that everyone is of the same essence, a spark of Divinity.

In our work together I bring to the table what I've learned over the past 25 years in practice and life experience to you, depending on your specific interests and needs. This may include authentic movement, Yoga (in many forms), Breathing practices, Non-dual teachings, Shamanic practices and journeying, iRest Yoga Nidra meditation, healing modalities, and consciousness expanding experiences that promote self-care, healing, transformation and resting in one’s True Self that needs no fixing.

My Story
_____

I grew up in Buffalo, NY, as a quiet, sensitive (and later rebellious) child, who found refuge on the limbs of the weeping willow tree in my front yard. From an early age, I had a strong desire to know myself, to understand what the heck was going on, and to know what God was. My experience in an all-girls Catholic high school did not provide any answers, and instead catapulted me into a long and winding search for the truth.

In college, I studied both nutrition and dance, and completed a Bachelor’s in Science at the State University of New York, College at Buffalo, then went on to follow my passion for dance, completing an MFA in dance at the University of Utah. After finishing an MFA, I moved to Philadelphia, where dance became my profession.

As a dancer, yoga drew me in by its promise of spirituality alongside a strong, flexible body to enhance my dancing abilities. In 1997, I received my first yoga teacher training certification. Yoga became a lifestyle and took precedence over everything else, including my marriage at the time. After the marriage ended, a spiritual teacher appeared and challenged all my notions of spirituality and life. It was a glorious and agonizing time of disillusionment. I moved to India for six months to continue to study meditation, tantra, massage techniques, and spiritual psychology from this different vantage point.

A series of synchronicities led me to California, where I continued immersing myself in yoga while working in the wellness field. This is where I was certified in the healing modality of Thai Yoga massage. During 14 years living in LA, I had a successful career leading seminars, managing wellness fairs and programs, and teaching yoga and meditation in corporations such as Disney, AOL, The Wonderful Company, and Bloomberg and taught a number of high-profile private clients.

Although I was very comfortable in CA, yet continued to get a sense that there was something else calling. In 2015, I moved to Colorado and completed the iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation training program, which included a 2-year intensive certification process. Through the exploration of a variety of consciousness-expanding practices, I was led to a number of training programs with elders of both non-traditional and later traditional Shamanic practices with the Power Path School of Shamanism.

My own personal journey has led me through loss and life challenges that have cracked open my heart, shifted my perception, and birthed greater wisdom. Through these adversities, I have learned to navigate and surf through great change and painful circumstances.

It is now one of my greatest joys to guide people through their times of challenge, transition, questioning, and into their own inner wisdom and the truth of who they are. I cannot imagine anything I'd rather be doing with my life, and I'm grateful to be of service this way.

Foundations & Modalities
My work is grounded in over three decades of devoted study and practice in meditation, movement, contemplative inquiry, and embodied healing arts.I have been a dedicated meditation practitioner since 1994 and have participated in consistent retreat practice—attending an average of four or more retreats annually since 2000. My training is rooted in non-dual and awareness-based teachings, with influences from teachers including Adyashanti, Gangaji, Byron Katie, Sharon Landrith, Ani Lödro, and Jennifer Tyler. These teachings continue to inform both my personal practice and the way I guide others toward direct experience, presence, and inner freedom.
As a lifelong yogini since 1994, my path has included extensive study across multiple yoga traditions. I have trained with respected teachers such as Kali Ray, Annie Carpenter, Max Strom, Rod Stryker, Ana Forrest, and senior Anusara instructors, as well as Kundalini Yoga studies with Gurmukh. My learning has been shaped through thousands of hours of classes, workshops, immersions, and conferences, emphasizing both precise alignment and the subtle, energetic dimensions of practice.
Since 2019, I have been engaged in ongoing training with the Power Path School of Shamanism, deepening my understanding of earth-based wisdom, ritual, and energetic healing. From 2015–2019, I completed facilitator training with a Peruvian elder, expanding my capacity to hold sacred space and guide transformational group processes with integrity and respect.
My certifications and professional training include:
-
Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 1000
-
iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation Training and Certification

Together, these foundations inform a teaching style that weaves awareness, embodiment, somatic intelligence, and practical wisdom—supporting individuals in reconnecting with their innate wholeness, resilience, and capacity for presence.
