Together, we’ll create a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can gently tend to what’s asking for attention, release what no longer serves you, and realign with the heart and Essence of who you truly are.

Through guided yoga, meditation, Earth-based ritual rooted in Shamanic tradition, Sacred Ceremony, writing and journaling processes, intuitive readings with Noona, and meaningful conversation, you’ll deepen your relationship with both the natural world and your inner landscape. Time in nature, elemental practices, hiking, and soaking in the hot tub will offer space to ground, restore, and receive wisdom directly from the land beneath your feet.

The Earth has an extraordinary capacity to hold and transform what we are ready to lay down. Bring a small offering for the land. Bring what you’re ready to release.
